In August we left the city for the first time since March.

My gear bag was intentionally kept to a minimum - a Fates (Norns DIY clone), a Grid, a couple of cassette players, and a Zoom H4n recorder.

I set up in a corner of one of the rooms, next to the garden and opposite a piano, and it felt like the whole house rested on this tiny makeshift studio.

I wish the songs were longer. The consistency is spot on but there's plenty of room for them to expand, to linger more, I'm sure that none of them would've overstayed their welcome if they were longer. Nonetheless, great album ! yourcolleague
